do i need to be in shape to start?

No—this is exactly where you start. We work with people of all fitness levels, and every workout is scalable to you. Our coaches and community are here to support you from day one.

What will my first time in the gym be like?

Your first visit is simple and welcoming. A coach will give you a quick tour, learn a bit about your experience and any injuries, and then get you right into a class. We’ll guide you through everything so you feel comfortable from start to finish.

Can i try a class before joining?

Yes! You can sign up for a free trial class on our Pricing page by selecting the Free Trial Class. It’s a great way to check out the gym, meet a coach, and experience a class before committing.

What are your membership options?

We have several membership options to fit different schedules and goals. Check out our Pricing page for details, or try a free class and we’ll help you choose what works best for you.

What's included in my membership?

Every membership at TIG includes expert coaching, intentional programming, and a community that pushes and supports you. You’ll also get access to StreamFit to track workouts and progress, plus locker rooms with showers so you can get in, train, and get on with your day.

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.

What is your drop-in policy?

Drop-ins are $20 per class or $60 for a week pass. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get you signed in and connected with the coach before class begins. Visit out our Schedule page to find a time that works for you.
